Manoj is the charismatic leader, the vibrant drummer and a splendid vocalist of AlaBand. He started music very young and has an undying love and devotion to music. He started drumming at home (DIY drum kit – yes the x-ray paper kit :D). Since then he has played for a few bands in Sri Lanka and Australia. He brings in new technological and innovative ideas to keep AlaBand always in par with modern technologies. Manoj studied at Royal College Colombo and University of Moratuwa and is currently a software engineer by profession.
